All content on the Service — including CPP calculations, transfer ratios, award pricing, AI advisor responses, and editorial recommendations — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. We are not a travel agency, booking platform, licensed financial advisor, or fiduciary.

Points valuations, hotel rates, award chart categories, transfer ratios, and award availability are estimates based on publicly available information. They may change at any time without notice. You must verify current rates, availability, and program terms directly with the relevant loyalty program, hotel, or credit card issuer before making any booking or financial decision. 4. AI Travel Advisor

Our AI Travel Advisor is powered by third-party artificial intelligence technology. By using the AI advisor, you acknowledge and agree that:

Responses are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors in calculations.
The AI does not have real-time access to hotel inventory, award availability, or current program pricing.
Recommendations are general suggestions based on publicly available data and should not be treated as guaranteed outcomes.
Your conversations with the AI advisor may be logged for service improvement and rate-limiting purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You will not use the AI advisor to generate harmful, abusive, misleading, or illegal content, or attempt to manipulate the AI through prompt injection or jailbreak techniques.

5. Newsletter & Email Communications

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you agree to receive periodic emails about travel deals, points strategy, and service updates. We use a double opt-in process: after signing up, you must confirm your subscription via the email we send. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us directly. We will process your unsubscribe request promptly and will not send marketing emails after you opt out (operational emails such as confirmations may still be sent).

6. Affiliate Relationships & Compensation

Travel.free participates in affiliate programs. Some links on our website are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you apply for or are approved for a credit card, make a purchase, or sign up for a service through those links. This compensation may influence which products we feature and where they appear on our site, but it does not affect our editorial analysis, CPP valuations, or AI advisor recommendations. 7. User Accounts

If you create an account on Travel.free, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, all activities that occur under your account, providing accurate information, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our services.

8. Acceptable Use & Rate Limiting

When using the Service, you agree not to:

We enforce rate limits on certain features (including the AI advisor and newsletter subscription) to maintain service quality. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary or permanent restriction of access.

All original content on Travel.free — including text, graphics, logos, software, UI design, CPP calculation methodology, and the Travel.free brand — is our property and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Hotel loyalty program names, credit card product names, and associated logos (including but not limited to World of Hyatt, Marriott Bonvoy, Hilton Honors, IHG One Rewards, Chase Ultimate Rewards, and American Express Membership Rewards) are registered trademarks of their respective owners. We reference these marks under nominative fair use for informational comparison and editorial commentary. Travel.free is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.

10. User-Submitted Content

If you submit content to us (for example, through contact forms or AI advisor conversations), you grant Travel.free a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and process that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You retain ownership of your content but are responsible for ensuring it does not violate any third-party rights.

11. Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, including hotel booking platforms, loyalty program sites, and credit card issuers. These links are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website. 12. DMCA & Copyright Claims

If you believe that content on Travel.free infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to legal@travel-free.ai with the following information: a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the allegedly infringing content on our site, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. We will respond to valid notices promptly.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Travel.free and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: losses incurred from relying on information provided on the Service or by the AI advisor; changes in loyalty program terms, point values, or hotel availability; errors or inaccuracies in CPP calculations or transfer ratio information; and interruptions or unavailability of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Travel.free and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

16. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will continue to apply.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users (e.g., via email or a prominent notice on the website). 18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through good- faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, conducted in English, with the arbitration taking place in California. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

19. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Travel.free regarding the Service.
